Guarantee/ Shipping Policy
We guarantee the quality, health, and live fish during transportation. Please send us a photo of the fish in an unopened bag within 24 hours of receiving in case of DOA (Dead on Arrival). We will replace the fish, and the shipping cost if the appropriate shipping method was chosen (Example, overnight shipping in winter will be refunded. If you choose 2-3 days during the winter, we will not be refunding the shipping costs).
Guarantee is only valid when using next day shipping. All sales on live animals are final.
We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments by the shipping courier.
We only ship live animals on Mondays to Wednesdays to avoid the package sitting at the post office during the weekend.
Your order will be shipped once complete and payment has been received in full. Once your live animal has been shipped out,
you will be provided with a tracking number.
***To save on shipping, try to get together with family, friends, or other hobbyists in your area to place a larger order, and split the shipping costs.***
Weather:
During cold weather, we use heat packs to keep your fish warm. We use ice packs if you live in an area that has really hot temperatures.
we will not ship live animals during severe weather.

Order as much or as little as you want. Minimum order only applies when ordering in bulk from wholesale price list. (Contact us for larger order rates)
