Maximum length: 25-30 mm.
Driftwood roots and branches can be used and placed to create a few shady spots in the aquarium for these wild bettas. Also, Indian almond are a great addition to the aquarium.
They provide bettas with the leaves and tannis that would naturally be found in their habitat.
Likely to prey on insects, other small invertebrates and zooplankton in nature.
Offer small live or frozen foods such as; Daphnia, brine shrimp, or bloodworms.
Do not overfeed as they seem particularly prone to obesity.
Adult males are more colourful and have a broader head shape than females.
